Welocome to Rosie's Yoga Barn

RoseAnn has enjoyed practicing yoga since she was a teen.  As her practice grew and her life changed, she began to learn how wonderful and special yoga was.  Through teaching, she has been able to share her experiences and enjoy the journey her students take within their own practice.  Her support and compassion come through in her teaching, allowing a safe environment for students to feel the comfort and freedom to play with their personal edge.  With each class, the principles of hatha yoga are used to enhance body, mind and spirit with each asana.  Pranayam and meditation play an integral part, creating a solid foundation.

No two people are the same.  We are never the same.  So why should our yoga practice be?  It is intended that yoga, the union of body and mind, be ever present.  As the body changes so to should the mind in a beautiful dance, always bringing one back to center, a place of balance.  Yoga is the music which sets the tempo for the body and mind to experience the dance together in harmony.  A harmony that can send your spirit soaring.  We respect that there is an ebb & flow to life, whether we are feeling great or have hit a physical or mental roadblock, yoga is a wonderful tool to help make positive progress.  All classes are created to maximize your potential at that very moment.  Unblock the road and enjoy the journey!
